Did you seriously just try to kick me? Video…

The new video is out!  In this week’s video I discuss how to defend against someone trying to kick you.  The kick of the day is a rising kick, likely to the groin area.  The context is that I am very late.  I would much prefer to defend with my legs against a low kick like this one, but because I am so late, it is necessary to defend with my hands.  We often call this the ‘Reflexive Defense’ against a front kick, as it is based on the reflexive/instinctual movement of trying to protect your groin with your hands.
